croquis

something from last year's life drawing classes ...

octopus

An octopus for Alma.

A book of illustrations

I gathered my best illustrations in a book.

the olive tree

Olive branch doodle ...

croquis

I'm again taking life drawing lessons.

new poster

This is the proposition for a poster for a play that a friend of mine directs in Lille, France. I decided to say goodbye to computer for a while and start focusing on classical techniques - such as collage ... The text in the title is actually based on African letters from various languages (thanks to the book by Saki Mafundikwa - Afrikan Alphabets). I wanted it to feel 'African' with colors and customized type.

bird and his nest

I found some old illustrations in my computer.

flying south

New illustration. Planes became birds. Who's gonna be first in the south?

find hidden letters & glyphs

New presentation of font abrakadabra ...

staying home is for pussies

Before leaving it's polite to make a party for friends. And it's polite to make an invitation card as well. So here it is. Goodbye, home.

sun

I never know why we don't get more out of natural sources. Like sun for example.

blue animal

seems like I have nothing else to do than play around and creating weird animals. Latest work, blue animal.

toilet signs

Male and female with ink and brush. Toilet signs for my old workplace.

lion

small electric lion ...

aquatint

This year I was working on a print and became fascinated by the richness of colors and shapes that only a classical technique can offer. So here it is - my composition - a table with the boot.

I've done this last September for an agency that was never paying for it, but at least they promised to never use it ... hmmm. I think designers need a "bad client" detector:)

simple thoughts

This is an illustration I made recently for a project organized by students form my school. We had to visulalize a thought/song from anonymous author who is publishing on blog. In english, we could translate it to this:

When taking a bath, I remembered the morning, when I thought I was a racquet.
